Where/when is the wedding?
Our wedding will take place on Saturday, September 6th, 2025 at The Asbury Hotel in Asbury Park, NJ. Asbury Park is very accessible! Check out the "Travel" page for more info.
Please arrive by 4:45PM at the latest as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. If you are late, you will be asked to wait + join the party during cocktail hour.
-
Can I bring a plus one?
Your invitation (coming soon!) will be specifically addressed to the individuals whom we've saved a seat for! If you’re confused, please enter your name on the RSVP page and the names of the invited individuals will appear.
We kindly ask that you do not bring anyone who is not formally named on your invitation. If your named guest cannot attend, you may not bring someone else in their place.
-
Can i bring my child?
We love your kids, but we've decided to keep our wedding an adults-only (17+) affair. We encourage you to hire a sitter and make it a date night!
If you cannot attend for this reason, we understand. You will be missed!
-
When should i rsvp?
Please RSVP by August 9, 2025. On the RSVP tab click on the link where you can let us know if you can make it!
If we do not receive your reply by the deadline, your response will be recorded as “cannot attend”, so please be sure to RSVP in time!
-
Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?
If you are not staying at The Asbury overnight, valet parking is provided for the hours of the wedding, 5PM-11PM. If you are staying at The Asbury, you will have to find your own parking (or pay for valet). You can call the hotel for rates, but there is also street parking available.
-
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
If the weather permits, our ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will take place indoors. There is no grass or sand, so no special footwear is required. Asbury Park in September is usually around 80 degrees during the day and around 60 degrees at night.
-
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?
No, but the local hotels are very close by. You can walk from most of them, or take a short Uber ride if you’re staying at an Airbnb. Feel free to carpool and, of course, please have a designated driver if you plan to consume alcohol.
Let us know if you’re having any trouble organizing your transport and we will try to help!
-
Can i take photos during the ceremony?
We will be having a phone-free ceremony!
There will be a moment at the start to take photos, and then our officiants will ask that you put your phones away and be present with us. Please feel free to take photos for the rest of the night! If you post them, use our #VinegraVows hashtag.
